Caesar Salad Sandwich
I’d like to introduce you to one of my newest creations – the Caesar Salad Sandwich. Oh My Gosh. It’s good.:)
I partially toasted the buns before topping the bottom halves with a little caesar salad dressing on the bun, sliced onions, and fresh mozzarella.
They went back into the toaster oven long enough to melt the cheese while I tossed together a simple caesar salad.
The salad is made with torn romaine lettuce, caesar salad dressing, pepper and parmesan cheese sprinkled in. Easy peasy, just toss to coat. The toasted buns are serving as the croutons.
I sliced a bit of leftover ham which went on top of the melted cheese and I topped it with some of the salad and the top of the bun.
Not only quick and easy, but sooooo tasty!! Try it out!
