Injured Owl
Kevin and I were driving home after a long day of chopping firewood and a vehicle was pulled over to the side of the road. There were 3 men standing around as well.
We both thought they may need help, so we turned around to check on them – they had found this poor ‘girl’ (for the sake of brevity, let’s just go with the owl being female) in the middle of the road and after moving her to the side of the road were now waiting for a rescue association to come pick her up.
Luckily, these guys saw her and helped her!
Of course I didn’t have my good camera on me! I didn’t want to scare her any further so only took the 2 pictures, but it’s not often you get a chance to get so close to an owl! Isn’t she gorgeous?

What a sweet sad little owl! I’m so glad everyone stopped and called a rescue organization. Glad you at least had A camera on you to capture the pretty doll!
