Peanut Butter Cookies No Eggs

These peanut butter cookies are so good, you won’t miss the egg (and if you really want an egg feel free to add one!). Chopped nuts or chocolate chips are also an optional addition.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Cream the peanut butter, butter and sugars together. *This is when to add an egg if you'd like one! Mix it in.* Stir in vanilla.
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients together.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to butter mix.
Step 5
Roll into balls and evenly space 12 on each ungreased baking sheet. Gently press tops down with a fork in cross hatch pattern.
Step 6
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before removing from baking sheet. Cool on wire racks.
