Perogy Dough

Ingredients
- 4 tbsps. sour cream
- 2 tbsps. melted butter
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oil
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Roll dough in ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Step 3
Chill at least 10 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out to 1/4" thickness and cut into 3" rounds.
Step 5
Fill, seal and cook.
