Thai Peppered Plum Sauce

My version of Thai Peppered Plum Sauce uses this Plum Sauce as a base. After canning the Peppered Plum Sauce, it is ready to use straight from the pantry or with a few additional ingredients makes an amazing Thai Plum Sauce.
Use with spring rolls, meats, vegetables, shrimp, or as a pizza sauce. Try it as a dip for chicken nuggets!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peppered plum sauce
- 1 heaping tsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce, or chili pepper flakes
- tsp. soy sauce (I use China Lily brand)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients over low heat to incorporate flavors.
Step 2
Adjust to taste.
Step 3
Traditionally this is served cold, allow to cool in fridge if preferred or serve as is. Enjoy!
